Position Overview: Lower School STEM Teacher

We are seeking a passionate, hands-on, and creative STEM educator to teach foundational Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math to our Lower School students. The ideal candidate thrives in a start-up school environment and is excited to shape curriculum, influence culture, and build a lasting educational legacy.

What You’ll Do

Curriculum & Instruction

Design and deliver an interdisciplinary STEM curriculum aligned with TEKS and national standards

Facilitate hands-on learning, inquiry-based projects, and lab experiments

Use technology, engineering kits, coding, and problem-solving strategies in daily lessons

Assessment & Development

Create and administer assessments to track student growth and adjust instruction accordingly

Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Community & Culture

Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Participate in school-wide STEM events, field trips, and community partnerships

Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate STEM across disciplines
