Job Duties
Support B2B operations by managing and administering BWC claims and unemployment benefits
Assist remote claims adjusters with day-to-day administrative needs
Distribute and process incoming U.S. mail
Review and process medical bills for payment
Manage hearing dockets and coordinate attorney assignments across Ohio
Prepare and file required monthly and quarterly reports to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
Assist with electronic document filing and instruction management
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
Phone and computer literacy is essential
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Workers' compensation experience is a plus, but not required
Ideal for part-time school teachers, stay-at-home parents re-entering the workforce, or anyone seeking a flexible, part-time office role
Willingness to be trained on all job functions

Monday - Friday
7am - 4pm
$18–$20 per hour
90% onsite work at the Powell, OH office
Flexible scheduling: current hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, but hours and days can be adjusted
Training provided on all responsibilities
