Position summary:
The individual will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining analytical models and technical/monitoring solutions to support the organization. This role combines data analysis and technical expertise to drive insights, streamline business processes, and ensure the smooth operation of high availability financial transaction platforms. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage innovative monitoring tools, and technical specialists. They must have the ability to implement rules and alerts on various tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Solarwinds and SCOM.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, technical support, and development of distributed financial services transaction processing platforms.
Expert skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Power Platform, and AWS solutions.
Knowledge of BI tools, data extraction and visualization tools (SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with monitoring tools such as SCOM, Dynatrace, SPLUNK and SolarWinds.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Splunk Dashboards, Dynatrace Data Explorer, ServiceNow Event Management Dashboard, AWS monitoring tools)
