Role: Hardware Engineering Manager (BMS)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area (On-Site)

Salary: $210,000-$250,000

Position Summary:

Define the Battery Management System (BMS) product roadmap for both grid-scale energy storage and electric vehicle applications.

Lead the design and development of high-efficiency power conversion solutions (e.g., DC-DC converters), exploring innovative architectures and control techniques to optimize performance.

Provide hands-on support during product field deployment and offer technical assistance to key customers as needed.

Play a key role in the team's expansion and overall success.

What You Bring:

BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Power Electronics or a closely related field.

Strong knowledge of Battery Management System (BMS) design principles and characterization methodologies.

Experience in the Battery, Automotive, Semiconductor, Residential Energy Storage sectors.

Solid foundation in both analog and digital circuit design, as well as microprocessor-based system architecture.

Proven experience in the design, integration, and testing of firmware- and software-controlled hardware systems.

Hands-on experience working with high-power and high-voltage electronic systems.
