This role is ideal for a structural engineer with deep experience in the telecom sector, looking to take ownership of projects, mentor junior staff, and work in a dynamic, client-facing environment. The position offers a blend of office and field work, including site visits and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of structural systems for telecom-related projects.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor and oversee junior engineers, promoting high-quality work and professional growth.

Perform structural calculations, site inspections, and review technical reports to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).

5-15 years of structural engineering experience, with at least 5 years in the telecom industry.

Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Proficiency in TNX Tower, RISA, and structural design spreadsheets.

Proven project management and client relationship experience.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
