Job Summary:

Belcan is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support Integration and Test Engineering for a development missile program. The selected candidate will provide Telemetry (TM) and Flight Termination System (FTS) support, working with both internal teams and external suppliers. The role involves hands-on engineering, coordination of testing and integration activities, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Support ongoing qualification and lot acceptance testing

Assist in production deliveries and upgrades for obsolescence

Provide design, integration, and testing support for TM and FTS systems

Identify and develop second-source options for critical components

Coordinate with external suppliers for requirements verification and technical compliance

Present findings and updates in technical and safety reviews

Ensure interface compliance with system-level ICDs (Interface Control Documents)

Develop and maintain Master Measurements List (MML) as needed

Conduct troubleshooting and performance verification from module to system level

Travel to supplier, production, or test sites as required

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace, or a related technical field

Experience with Embedded Telemetry or Flight Termination System (FTS) design

Software development experience

Hands-on experience integrating hardware and software

Knowledge of system interface verification and ICDs

Active Secret Clearance preferred; will consider candidates with previously held active clearances

Must have or be eligible to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance before starting

Desired Qualifications:

Experience developing and maintaining a Master Measurements List (MML)

Background in RF Telemetry systems

Proven ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including software, design, and production

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Previous experience presenting at program and technical reviews
