Key Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2-3 years in a project or technical leadership role.
Prior hands-on development experience with the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server).
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale financial or banking technology projects.
Experience leading platform modernization or large-scale technical transformation initiatives.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, product lifecycle management, and release planning.
Experience managing global delivery models, including onshore-offshore teams (especially in India).
Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and cross-functional communication skills.
Ability to navigate high-pressure, fast-paced environments with effective decision-making and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end delivery and technical roadmap for an enterprise-scale fraud detection and prevention platform.
Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from planning and sprint execution to release management and client delivery.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical leads to align technical solutions with business goals.
Oversee modernization efforts including system re-architecture, cloud migration, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization.
Manage distributed engineering and QA teams across geographies, ensuring alignment, productivity, and quality delivery.
Monitor project health, manage risks, allocate resources, and maintain delivery timelines across multiple workstreams.
Ensure the platform meets enterprise standards for reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Act as a primary liaison with senior stakeholders from client banks and internal leadership teams.
