Significant travel throughout the year with extended holiday periods when the family is not in residence

Overview:
An ultra-high-net-worth family is seeking an experienced and discreet Butler to provide direct personal support to the principals across multiple fully staffed properties. The ideal candidate will always be smiling and positive, have great energy and take initiative. Must have a strong background in formal meal service, cocktail and drink preparation and luxury lifestyle care. This role involves travelling with the family. Private lodging and all expenses are paid for. Close coordination with household teams ensures consistency and excellence in service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level meal service for lunch and dinner, including cocktail and drink preparations, on a daily basis
Travel with the family to multiple residences, ensuring seamless transitions
Manage packing/unpacking of food and drink supplies and, as well as personal items across homes
Formal table service, teas, aperitifs, cocktails, mocktails and assist with all aspects of private meals
Maintain floral arrangements, decorations, household ambiance, and in-residence presentation
Liaise discreetly with household staff to ensure all service standards are upheld
Handle personal errands and special requests with discretion and efficiency
Support calendar and schedule coordination in collaboration with household and office staff
Perform physical duties as required, including standing, lifting, and assisting with setup
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting UHNW families or individuals
Strong knowledge of formal service, etiquette, and lifestyle management
Expertise in mixology, including teas, juices, shakes, aperitifs, digestifs, cocktails, mocktails
Experience coordinating floral arrangements and maintaining luxury home standards
Always smiling and positive, always taking initiative, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Speaking Spanish and/or French would be an advantage, although not required
High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting, and handling household items
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
Valid passport and ability to travel freely between Canada and the U.S.
Canadian or U.S. citizenship is REQUIRED, both citizenships or residency would be ideal
