Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location-Type: Remote

Start Date Is: ASAP

Duration: Permanent, direct hire

Compensation Range: $150-165k bonus

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Focus is on the cloud (sales and service)

B2B commerce and Marketing Cloud is a big plus

Can solve complex technical problems/challenges - can find technical capabilities within Salesforce to help with configurations etc

Can LEAD technical delivery, not just thinking of the solutions but working with the developers, ultimately develops report to them

Manage teams in the past

Coach/mentor junior developers to get them to senior developers

Background in Salesforce development

Architect background

They are now in Lightning, getting more users there, so its important that they know UI/UX in Lightning. Familiar with Lighting app builder

7 but ideally 9 years of experience with architectural experience

Lighting APP Builder

Top Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience with experience leading migrations - strong communicator

Lightning developer

Build Lightning components

Platform Developer 1 Cert - if they don't have it lets talk about it BUT this is the ringer

Ecomm / b2b; marketing cloud; OR service cloud exp

DevOps - git/azure/jenkins experience

Nice to haves:

Service Cloud experience

Ecommerce experience
