Job Title: Process Technician
Job Description
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to vacuum forming, adhesive spraying, or injection molding processes, as well as the associated equipment. You will document and communicate problem-solving results with other Process Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, and the Shift Supervisor. Additionally, you will maintain documentation for process equipment and monitor the Maintenance Technician mold change program.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot issues related to vacuum forming, adhesive spraying, or injection molding processes and associated equipment.
Document and communicate problem-solving results and any necessary deviations from established methods or procedures.
Maintain documentation for process equipment, including reference sheets, monitoring sheets, waterline diagrams, gate seals, rheology graphs, robot programs, adhesive spray patterns, and DartNet templates.
Monitor Maintenance Technician mold change program loading and set-ups, ensuring proper methods are followed to produce quality parts.
Assist Production Supervisors in training associates for line operation and monitoring process controls.
Analyze operations for potential improvements in methods, procedures, or design and recommend improvements.
Run all Design of Experiments (DOEs) and launch samples.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.Essential Skills

Experience with injection mold and machine setup.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and monitor operators.
Strong communication skills to convey information to managers and supervisors.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.Additional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $62400.00/yr.
