Ohio REALTORS® is seeking a Professional Standards Administrator to support the organization's efforts by managing the administration of ethics and arbitration cases, coordinating hearings and grievance panels, and ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics & Arbitration Manual.

Responsibilities include:

· Answering incoming calls and emails pertaining to Professional Standards.

· Attending conferences and events as required.

· Attending the Winter Conference, Annual Convention, and other meetings as directed.

· Closing and archiving cases on a quarterly basis.

· Reviewing and acknowledging receipt of incoming cases and monitoring current caseload deadlines daily in accordance with the Code of Ethics & Arbitration Manual (COEAM).

· Maintaining confidentiality of case information at all times.

· Utilizing CasePro to process and monitor caseloads proficiently.

· Providing a list of closed cases to CasePro annually.

· Conducting bi-monthly Grievance Review Panels, including assigning panelists, creating and distributing agendas and case documents.

· Creating and distributing Grievance reports and appeal forms; if appealed, scheduling appeal panels, sending notices and case materials, and distributing findings.

· Coordinating training for panelists.

· Creating, managing, and presenting programs for Professional Standards Forums at annual meetings.

· Providing quarterly reports on Professional Standards activities and statistics to the Professional Standards Enforcement Committee.

· Sending weekly required notices to parties and panels per COEAM guidelines.

· Conducting Ethics and Arbitration hearings, including distributing decisions for panel signature and notifying parties with appeal information.

· Submitting ethics decisions to legal counsel for review and approval.

· Invoicing arbitration and appeal fees as required.

· Managing pre-hearing procedures, including sending notifications, identifying potential panelists, and distributing challenge forms.

· Scheduling hearings, sending official notices and case documents, and issuing timely reminders.

· Writing decisions and awards and distributing them in compliance with COEAM requirements.

· Assigning appeal hearing panels, scheduling as needed, distributing findings, and taking appropriate follow-up actions.

· Reviewing appeal requests with legal counsel to ensure timeliness and compliance with submission requirements.

Knowledge and skills:

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Advanced project management skills.

· Experience with CasePro or similar case management software is a plus.

Experience:

We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience working in professional standards administration, ethics compliance, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating and scheduling hearings, preparing case documents, and working closely with volunteers, panelists, and members. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience managing caseloads, preparing statistical reports, and staying on track with detailed processes is highly valued!

Education:

· Professional Standards Administration Certificate -a plus!

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range is $70,000-$80,000 yearly depending on experience. The compensation package includes a 401(k) with match and Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
