Job Description

Join our dynamic team at a newly opened plant in Florence, TX. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play an integral role in concrete production, utilizing hand and power tools to assemble structures, load and unload materials, and assist in setting up equipment around the plant.

Responsibilities

Utilize hand and power tools to assemble structures.

Load and unload materials efficiently.

Assist in setting up equipment around the plant.

Work collaboratively to ensure smooth production processes.Essential Skills

Experience with hand and power tools.

Proficiency in using measuring tools.

General production and construction skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.

Work Environment

Work in an indoor and outdoor manufacturing plant, facing varying temperatures and conditions. This role involves heavy manual labor, including bending, standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks. Prepare for long days and hard work. The first shift starts at 7:00 AM, working roughly 10-12 hours from Monday through Friday, soon extending to Monday through Saturday. Enjoy a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Steel-toed shoes and met guards are required, and all other PPE will be provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
