Overview

MyPath companies, is seeking a dynamic Full-Time, Human Resource Manager to lead and support HR initiatives that empower our employees and enhance the lives of the individuals we serve.

About the Role

As the HR Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing all facets of human resources at multiple work site locations. You will work closely with company and HR leadership to deliver high-quality services in employee relations, retention, onboarding, and performance management. This is an opportunity to shape an engaged, inclusive workforce while supporting growth and long-standing culture of employee ownership.

The ideal candidate is interested in a hybrid role, and is located in either Appleton or Green Bay, WI.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR partner and advisor to leadership and managers

Oversee retention, performance management, and employee relations

Guide and support team members on matters involving ADA, FMLA, discipline, and complaint resolution

Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports

Collaborate with operational leaders to design interventions for HR challenges

Ensure legal and policy compliance in all HR functions

Lead and promote an employee ownership culture across the organization

Manage HR metrics, timekeeping, and budget-related HR activity

Drive process improvement and training initiatives

Stay current on HR trends and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field

PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP preferred

Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience across key HR functions

3+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity

Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Ability to travel locally between service sites as needed (valid driver’s license required)
