The Project Manager will participate in the conceptual development of a project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation so that a project can be completed on time and within a budget.nnAnalysis and design of objectives and events.nManage project budgets, ensure quality control and plan work according to objectives.nUnderstand project financials for approval of large dollar amounts.nAssess and control risk; estimate resources and allocation of resources.nCommunicate with key stakeholders (sales, senior management, crews, subcontractors).nIdentify, manage and control changes.nMaintain a safe and clean work environment by establishing and enforcing procedures rules and regulations.nnWhat skills and experience you'll bring to usnnBA or two years related experience combined with two years of related training and education.nStrong understanding of math with an analytical mind.nStrong geometry skills.nExperience in construction trades is preferred, not necessary.nProject Management experience preferred.nExperience with Timberline a plusnM.

degree preferred.nMust have excellent leadership experience, sense of urgency and a natural ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment.nMust have ability to interact effectively with clients.nKnowledge of MS Word, Excel and InternetnMust be comfortable with hands-on environment of high communication.nn
