Job Title: CNC Programmer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming machines from engineering drawings using Mastercam software. You will also manage a small team of machinists and assist with setups and training as needed. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to provide quotes and manage the team effectively.
Responsibilities
Program CNC machines using Mastercam from engineering drawings.
Manage and lead a team of 1-2 machinists.
Assist with machine setups and provide training to team members.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate quotes.Essential Skills
5 years of programming experience in the metal industry.
Proficiency in Mastercam programming.
Experience with CNC mill and lathe operations.
Strong leadership skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Moriseiki machinery.

This is a Permanent position based out of Kent, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $89440.00 - $99840.00/yr.
Bi weekly pay day, vacation is negotiable, but standard is 1 week for 1st year, 2 weeks for years 2-4 and 3 weeks years 4-10 and 4 weeks after 10 years. 7 paid holidays, 100% 401k match up to 4%, medical, vision and dental packages.
