Knitting Machine Operator/Mechanic

We're assisting our client in their search for a Knitting Machine Operator to join their team in High Point, NC! This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity, with a competitive salary range based on experience. This company is a leading manufacturer & wholesale Supplier of work & safety gloves and sleeves, and they're seeking a highly-skilled and self-directed Knitting Technician to join their family-oriented, trust-based team.

The working schedule is 1st shift, Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm & Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, specifically with knitting machines. Equipment:

Brand-new Ravon 4.0 machines (high-gauge, top-of-the-line)

Machines are not in English, requiring a learning curve

~7 minutes runtime per glove Role Expectations:

Initially manage a bank of 30 machines, with potential for expansion
