Third-Party Review Analyst
The Third-Party Review (TPR) Analyst will be a representative of Knowledge Services, responsible for completing and coaching TPRs for the Knowledge Service Local Office Eligibility Specialist (ES) Staff. The TPR Analyst will be accountable to the Knowledge Services DFR Program QA Manager in ensuring accurate and consistent TPRs. This position is a remote position requiring the ability to work independently and in a confidential setting.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Review case processing of ES staff using State approved methodology and scorecards
Review and complete scorecards of DFR administered programs daily
Provide consultation to Knowledge Services DFR Program Management Team to solve TPR related issues, as well as identify potential client risk and recommended mitigation strategies
Work as a part of the Knowledge Services DFR team to provide case processing feedback as it relates to policies, procedures and processes for the Local Office Eligibility Specialist staff
Interface with Knowledge Services TPR Team Lead regarding day-to-day TPR operations and activities
Work with other TPR analysts and Knowledge Services Management team to assist with developing products and solutions to assist with continual quality improvement efforts
Interpret and apply State and Federal Policy when reviewing eligibility cases
Complete reporting as required
Complete phone coaching wit ES staff at pre-scheduled meeting times
Interpret and apply State and Federal Policy when coaching ES staff on case errors
Interview Observations will also be completed as a silent witness during scheduled interview times.
Participate with project management initiatives
Any additional responsibilities as assigned
Based upon need, travel may be required (1 – 2 times per year)
Qualifications
Qualifications:
3 or more years of Public Assistance (SNAP, TANF & Medicaid)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of Federal and State of Indiana Social Services programs and systems (SNAP, TANF, and Medicaid, and IEDSS) required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Previous coaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
Team Player
Ability to research State and Federal Policy
Ability to interact with co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner.
Client facing and strong relationship building experience preferred
Strong time management experience
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Willing to assist with various office projects

Physical Requirements:
Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
