Fullstack Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer at Slash, you’ll independently own and ship product experiences end-to-end that help businesses operate more efficiently. You’ll work closely with designers, sales, and customers to deliver product features that enhance core financial workflows. You'll be deeply involved in setting technical standards, shaping engineering culture, and refining the roadmap through direct user interaction. This role spans frontend and backend work, where you'll contribute to the core logic of Slash’s business banking system.

Requirements

Strong builder/founder experience — ideally a founder or founding engineer with real traction, not just side projects

Experience building zero-to-one products

Can pass Leetcode-style problems live

Comfortable working 100% in-person from SF office

Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup culture + articulate startup challenges they’ve navigated
