Mission:
Manage and execute the demand and supply planning process in all its stages, to guarantee product
availability in the different distribution centers and the monitoring of the supply chain, complying with the
service level, and optimizing working capital.
Responsibilities:
Planning
Execute, review, and control the various stages of the Demand Plan, which include the
generation of projections, the management of the portfolio and Territories, and the preparation of
indicators for the Sales and Operations Planning Committee (S&OP).
Monitor the sales behavior in the different Brands and Businesses, to make the appropriate
adjustments to the demand plan and guarantee the fulfillment of customer needs.
Propose and implement actions in the different stages of the demand plan to ensure the greatest
possible assertiveness in the final plan delivered to the Businesses.
Generate and share the daily cumulative out-of-stock report to previously defined audiences.
Supply
Monitor the adequate flow of inventories, in quantity and opportunity, from the Businesses to the
Distribution Network.
Execute the Purchasing process of the different product portfolios, in order to guarantee
adequate supply in the Distribution Network.
Continuously and timely communicate all the news of the supply of the Businesses to the different
interested areas both in the central office and in the Territories.
Manage the definitions that come out of the process of Material Cleaning Plan, Short Date,
Inactive Portfolio, Over Stock, and Commercial Initiatives.
Update all new and existing material master data in the different information systems for the
planning, purchasing, and sourcing process.
Build, analyze, and manage all the indicators in the area of planning, purchasing, and supply.
Implement continuous improvements in the entire Planning and Supply process, closing the
existing gaps in key indicators, through cross-cutting actions or projects that generate efficiencies
at each stage of the process.
Decision making/Level of authority:
They do not execute the budget, nor do they have personnel in charge
Desirable knowledge:
Knowledge of sales forecasting tools. Knowledge of the SAP purchasing module.
Purchase order management and supplier relations.
Education:
Professional in administration, engineering, or careers related to logistics
Experience:
2 years in related fields
Ability to speak Spanish and English
