Pay: Starting at $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday First Shift

As a CNC Programmer, you'll play a dual role in supporting efficient operations-writing and revising CNC programs to ensure precision manufacturing, while also assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance efforts. This position requires technical skill, problem-solving, and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Key responsibilities include:

CNC Programming:

Develop, write, and store CNC programs using blueprints, drawings, and work orders

Determine machining sequences, select tools, and program cutting paths

Conduct trial runs and simulations to ensure program accuracy

Revise and retest programs to resolve issues and improve efficiency

Verify program output against part specifications and prints

Write operator instruction sheets and assist with machine setup

Monitor machines during trial runs and troubleshoot as needed

Maintenance Support:

Assist with diagnosing mechanical or electrical malfunctions

Perform or support routine preventative maintenance (motors, gears, belts, fluid checks, etc.)

Use a variety of hand and power tools, hoists, and testing equipment

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaWhat We're Looking For:

Experience in CNC program writing and machine operation

Industrial maintenance technician or mechanic experience

Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and catalogs

Strong skills with hand and power tools

Math and reasoning skills, including algebra and geometry

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

High School Diploma or GED required
