As the Revenue Audit Supervisor, you are responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for guests and employees, promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force. You are responsible for supervising the accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and financial analysis, and revenue audit operations to ensure quality service and compliance with regulationsQualifications

Responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to employees in order to provide superior customer service.

You will hire, train, motivate, evaluate and supervises staff to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established objectives.

Assists in establishing and monitoring department objectives, standards, guidelines, and budget to assist in achieving proper management of the department.

Ensures timely, accurate and complete processing of monthly financial statements.

Verifies successful completion of daily audits and communicates irregularities to management.

Participates in the design, development, and implementation of systems pertaining to general ledger and financial analysis to ensure development of systems is consistent with accounting requirements.

Directs daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develops, monitor controls and procedures to ensure such compliance.

Perform special audits to provide high level of expertise on matters of complex or sensitive nature.

Provides assistance to internal, external, and/or regulatory auditors in the preparation of their examinations

Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial analysis functions.

Knowledge of current state gaming regulations.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):

Ability to maintain all Regulatory licenses within assigned state of employment

Must successfully pass background check

Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

Ability effectively to communicate with all levels of employees as well as outside contacts.

Ability to observe and direct subordinates.

Ability to use computer keyboard, 10-key and personal computers.

Abilities to research, analyze, comprehend, and act upon information and be aware of the business environment in order to manage areas of responsibility effectively.
