Southeastern Equipment is looking for a driven, outgoing, and coachable Direct Sales Representative (DSR) to join our growing team. As a DSR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customersmaking connections, qualifying leads, and helping turn interest into sales. You'll work closely with marketing and outside sales reps to drive real growth in a fast-moving industry.

Here's what your day might include:

Following up with inbound leads (you'll never wonder where your next call is coming from)

Calling and emailing prospects to uncover their needs and introduce our solutions

Collaborating with outside sales reps to help close deals

Logging activity in our CRM (Salesforce, HubSpotdon't worry, we'll teach you)

Supporting local events and trade shows to meet potential customers face to face

DSRs earn 50 cents for every outbound call made to customers (inbound calls not included)

Earn $20 for every qualified appointment you schedule for local sales reps or PSSRs to meet customers onsite (subject to change)

Monthly commission is processed on the first of the following month and disbursed on the next pay cycle
