POSITION SUMMARY
The Information Technology (IT) Systems Analyst I provides superior quality, competitive value, and outstanding service by servicing all organization technologies and providing technology support and training. The IT Systems Analyst’s primary duties include analyzing systems and processes and maintaining workstations and networks.
GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, Business Administration or Information Technology from an accredited educational institution or 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Technical Support.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years of technical or service support experience in Information Technology
• Experience in gathering data used in the conducting of reports and familiar with medical terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Health Care Computer applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of data center, network infrastructure, O365 and Microsoft Azure
• Ability to conceptualize and organize project planning process
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills needed
• Must be self-directed
• Ability to take responsibility and function under minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide Tier 1+ Help Desk support
• Provide hands-on assistance to IT team members
• Provides basic and advanced desktop support: Troubleshoots Email, Office Productivity Software
• Provides support to the Network and Security Administrator on security and/or network issues – lower tier support
• Trains staff on new software, skills training, and coordinates training schedules
• Collaborates with departments in the company to improve systems and processes
• Maintains relationship with external Information Technology departments and other vendors
• Provides after-hours support as needed
• Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings
• Documents and follows up on actions and decisions from meetings
• Prepares necessary presentation materials as required
• Ensures project deadlines are maintained
• Provides administrative support as needed
• Undertakes project tasks as required
• Chairs and facilitates meetings where appropriate
• Distributes project-related materials as requested
• Acts as a project resource person by performing research, analyzing information, providing documentation, and preparing reports.
• Successfully manages the relationship with business contacts and all stakeholders
• Performs other related duties as requested
