Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Gainesville, GA

Reports To: General Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time Exempt

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support our General Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving strategic initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth execution of business functions, continuous process improvement, and operational excellence across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with the General Manager to execute business plans and operational strategies.

Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, logistics, scheduling, and workflow management.

Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

Support departmental leads in achieving KPIs and operational benchmarks.

Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Assist with monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the Purchasing Manager to ensure operational needs are met.

Prepare and analyze reports on operational performance and present findings to the General Manager.

Assist in training, mentoring, and developing staff to promote a high-performing team environment.

Ensure operational compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and staff, facilitating communication and follow-through on key initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a supervisory role; prior experience supporting senior leadership is preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or operational systems is a plus.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Work Environment:

Primarily in the office but may be required to work in the field as required.
