Client Services Manager

Full-Time Remote Flexibility

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Client Services Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure outstanding service delivery, build strong client relationships, and oversee the successful execution of client projects. You’ll be a key driver in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Manage and nurture client relationships to understand their goals and needs

Oversee client service delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

Coordinate cross-functional teams to address client requests and resolve issues

Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement

Analyze client feedback and performance data to inform service enhancements

Lead onboarding and training efforts for new clients

Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate on upsell initiatives

Compensation

Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (base + performance bonuses)

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven experience in client services, account management, or related roles

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Proficiency with CRM and project management tools

Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-centric

Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (support available if applicable)
