Title: Senior Manager of Quality Improvement

POSITION SUMMARY
• Lead quarterly Clinical Quality Review Team audits of charts, billing and policies
• Analyze trends, drive corrective action plans and monitor closure
• Champion PDSA cycles and translate data into dashboards and leadership reports
• Supervise QI specialists and interns; develop and deliver compliance/EHR training
• Draft/update policies, optimize Medi-Cal EHR workflows and liaise on external reviews
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compliance & Audit
â Plan and lead comprehensive CQRT audits
â Track findings, drive corrective actions, monitor follow-through
â Represent Bonita House in external site reviews and licensing audits
Continuous Quality Improvement
â Facilitate PDSA cycles with program directors
â Analyze performance metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement
â Report outcomes and recommendations via clear, concise dashboards
Team Leadership & Training
â Directly supervise QI team members; set performance goals
â Create curricula and deliver workshops on compliance and quality best practices
Policy & System Development
â Draft/update policies to meet Medi-Cal, state and accreditation standards
â Partner with IT/EHR administrators to streamline documentation and billing workflows
IDEAL CANDIDATE
• CA-licensed LCSW (or LMFT/LPCC) with 5+ years in community mental health QI/QA
• 3+ years conducting internal compliance audits in behavioral health
• Deep knowledge of Medi-Cal SMHS billing, licensing standards and EHR systems
• Advanced data-analysis skills (Excel, dashboards) and executive-level presentation ability
• Proven supervisor and trainer with a strategic, results-oriented mindset

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Masterâ s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
• 2+ years post-licensure supervisory experience; 15+ ASW supervision training hours
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong project management, problem-solving and report-writing skills
• Valid CA driverâ s license and U.S. work authorization
