Cash Application Specialist - Construction Industry Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Hayward, CA Up to $32/hr

Join a growing construction services organization managing cash operations for two affiliated companies! We're seeking a detail-oriented Cash Application Specialist to handle high-volume payment processing and client relationship management.

What You'll Do: Process up to 300 weekly payments including checks and electronic transfers through our systematic workflow. You'll manage cash applications for both companies while handling collections activities for our electrical division. Monday focuses on collections outreach, Tuesday involves processing received payments and performing cash applications using our Solar Eclipse software system. Work with an organized team where admin support handles initial batching before you sort payments by company and amount for scanning and processing.

What We're Looking For: We need someone with 3-5 years of cash application experience who thrives on detailed work and systematic processes. Construction or trade industry experience is a plus, and familiarity with lien law concepts would be valuable but not required. You should be comfortable building relationships with clients since collections work is relationship-focused in our industry. All customer accounts operate on Net 30 terms.
