WEEKEND DAY POSITIONS! We are seeking Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of developmentally disabled individuals in a group home setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities.

Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties.

Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities.

Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.

Medication administration.

Housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping and dusting.

Qualifications:

Team member mindset.

Compassionate and caring demeanor.

Positive interaction with clients, their families, co-workers and management.

Proficient written and verbal communication in English.

Recognize and be responsive to the needs of clients.

Ability to maintain calm, non-defensive and supportive attitude.

Certifications:

Level 1 fingerprint clearance card ( AZ specific)

First Aid/ CPR

Article 9 ( within 60 days of hire)

Prevention and Support ( within 60 days of hire)
