The Opportunity:
Lead teams of engineers on complex engineering projects
Oversee creation, development, and execution of system design and
implementation
Ensure high-quality work delivered on schedule
Utilize strong knowledge in a specific technical discipline while understanding broader project areas
The role is a Hybrid role
Responsibilities:
Lead technical team of engineers and administrators
Create and oversee system designs from conception to implementation
• Ensure project quality and timeliness
Communicate frequently with senior leadership through presentations, white papers, and meetings
Manage both hardware and soft ware projects
Align engineering projects with organizational policies and objectives
Coordinate and direct project plans to meet objectives
Maintain strong relationships with government customers, subcontractors, and vendors
Implement Configuration Management, Drafting, Test, and Network engineering processes
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Must have a Secret Clearance to start
Minimum 5 years of related work experience
Experience with DoD Systems Engineering
Strong communication skills, especially with senior leadership
Project management experience in hardware and soft ware
Ability to ensure projects conform to organizational policies
Skill in coordinating and directing project plans
Experience maintaining customer and vendor relationships
Familiarity with Configuration Management, Drafting, Test, and Network engineering processes
Desired:
Satellite Control Network (SCN) experience
Radio Frequency antenna experience
Microsoft or Linux server experience
Network modeling experience
Self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team

The proposed salary range for this position is: $82,100-$172,400
