Purpose of the position:
Support the department to prepare the customer reports and departmental internal reports (KPI, etc.)
Conduct statistical analysis and assess the departmental overall performance for identifying the areas for improvement
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring accurate data flow and report generation of daily cash counting reports and internal monthly reports
Accurately recording day-to-day financial activities and identify backlogs
Reconciling cash received and checking against pay-in amount
Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and assess the departmental overall performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborating with internal and external parties on departmental internal matters
Undertaking other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
Degree / Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
1-3 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Excel, word, PowerPoint.
Experienced with and knowledge of data analysis tool or Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. PowerApps, Power BI) is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Well organized, self-motivated, and schedule-oriented
Candidates with less experience will also be considered
