Next Level Technician is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing operations team. This key role will ensure quality standards and training protocols are upheld across our low voltage and structured cabling projects. If you re passionate about high-quality workmanship, training the next generation of technicians, and maintaining consistent standards across the board, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Lead and deliver hands-on training to installers, ensuring proper techniques and best practices

Inspect installation work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards

Verify project documentation and task records for completeness

Ensure use of the most current installation standards and procedures

Conduct internal audits to confirm compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations

Support the scheduling and workforce planning process through quality assurance insights

Create and distribute timely reports that identify key trends, issues, and areas for improvement

Help drive a culture of continuous improvement and safety on all job sites

What You Bring:

7 10 years of experience managing structured cabling and low voltage projects with a focus on quality and performance

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

In-depth understanding of low voltage cabling systems and infrastructure

A commitment to safety, quality, and hands-on leadership
