About the Role

As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you'll perform essential diagnostic testing to support timely and accurate clinical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and report clinical lab results in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and more

Verify test accuracy through quality control procedures and instrumentation checks

Assist with specimen processing and lab workflow optimization

Communicate critical values to clinical staff when appropriate

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Job Requirements

Education: Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology or a related field

Certification: ASCP or equivalent MLT/MT/CLS/MLS certification required

Experience: At least 1 year of clinical lab experience preferred, but not required
