Pay & Hours

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

Review mortgage loan applications for completeness and accuracy

Collect and verify applicant financial data, credit reports, property appraisals, and title reports

Ensure all documentation meets RESPA, TRID, HMDA, and bank-specific guidelines

Serve as the liaison between loan officers, underwriters, closing agents, and customers

Monitor the loan pipeline, update records, and maintain strong turnaround times

Coordinate smooth, on-time closings by managing deadlines and resolving issues

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's in finance or business preferred)

Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing experience, ideally within a banking environment

Proficiency with loan origination systems (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite

Thorough understanding of mortgage loan products, documentation, and compliance

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication with a collaborative attitude
