Responsibilities:
-Identify and engage high-quality candidates or resources through various channels, including job boards, social media, talent networks, and referrals.
-Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent or resource pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
-Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, or procurement teams to align sourcing activities with organizational goals.
-Share insights and recommendations to refine sourcing strategies and address potential challenges.
-Track and analyze sourcing metrics such as time-to-source, candidate quality, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
-3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, IT Audit, Digital Transformation, IT professionals).
-Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques, advanced knowledge on sourcing methods methodologies, tools, and technologies.
-Advanced knowledge of sourcing platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
-Experience with ATS and HR Information Systems (HRIS systems) is preferred.
-Knowledge of technical roles and skills to evaluate candidates effectively.
