As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of custom luxury home projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. This is a client-facing role requiring refined communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for luxury design and construction.

Job Description

Manage all phases of custom residential construction

Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and high-end clients

Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and vendors to ensure top-quality execution

Maintain budgets, schedules, and detailed project documentation

Ensure projects meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of experience managing high-end residential or custom estate builds

Deep understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and detailing

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Proven ability to work with discerning clients and design professionals

Proficiency in construction management software

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
