Job Description

Moore Brothers is one of the biggest outdoor living names in central Ohio, specializing in pools and patios as well as fences, decks, structures, etc. The day to day includes excavation work, forming and pouring concrete, building walls, laying pavers, mason work, dirt work, plants and soft scapes, plumbing, and electrical work. We are looking for someone to get trained into the position of running a finish crew. This crew mainly specializes in handling the clean up, grading, dirt, plants, and landscaping of jobs.

Depending on prior experience you would spend 6-18 months shadowing a current foreman with his truck and crew, learning the ins and outs of the day to day. Getting to know how we do things and also add your own input and ideas as well. Our goal is for you to hit the ground running and take over said crew and truck. Starting at $30-$35 an hour with plenty of room to grow. Prior experience also dictates start pay.

REQUIRED

- construction experience

- experience operating equipment (preferably skid loader and track hoe experience)

- very high attention to detail and work ethic

- leadership and initiative skills

- customer service skills

PREFERRED

- experience building pools

- concrete experience

- block/mason experience

- class A cdl (commercial drivers license)

- mechanic experience

- welding/fabrication experience
