We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collateral Analyst to join our team in Woodstock, GA. This position plays a critical role in supporting our credit and risk management operations by analyzing and monitoring collateral, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
As a Collateral Analyst, you will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Underwriting teams to evaluate and maintain the integrity of collateral used in lending decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Make credit decisions based on payment history, credit references, and invoice eligibility, within authorized limits.
Review invoices and backup documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with clients to collect required original documentation and follow up to ensure timely receipt; escalate delays as needed.
Monitor collateral performance and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage day-to-day client transactions while developing a strong understanding of each client's business needs.
Ensure all debtor notifications and verifications are completed in accordance with EBC standards.
Prioritize collection activities using risk scores, aging profiles, and verification queues; recommend alternative collection strategies as needed.
Conduct ongoing reviews of accounts receivable to ensure data accuracy and correct allocation of payments.
Deliver high-level client service while protecting EBC's financial interests.
Stay informed on EBC's products and identify opportunities for additional revenue or service offerings.
Proactively identify early warning signs of client risk and communicate concerns to senior staff with actionable recommendations.
Help minimize losses by monitoring client accounts and taking timely corrective actions.
Remain current on internal procedures and external factors affecting the business.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
2+ years of factoring experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
Accounting or billing experience preferred.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
