Summary
Primarily responsible for ensuring building projects remain within budget through providing cost and material estimates, drawing up projected budgets, analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, and building relationships with clients and managers.
Minimum Qualifications
3 years experience in Construction industry or consulting firms as follows:
Prepare, advancing and defending construction claims (Payment, Change, Entitlement, Final Account, etc.)
Construction budgeting, estimating and cost accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills related to various types of e-Discovery Software.
Bilingual in Korean and English with both speaking and writing.
Highly dependable, ethical support professional.
Good communication and team building mind-set

Strong ability to manage and deal with complex issues, tasks and projects.
Strong ability to draft contractual correspondences, communication and presentation.
Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills.
In-depth knowledge and experience in contract management.

Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

Essential Functions
Draft a formal letter to other parties in terms of work progress, work quality, safety management and others.
Organize various contract documentation and interpret contract languages to better present the company's position.
Maintain meticulous documentation for contract administration.
Involvement in the Workers' Compensation Insurance enrollment process for any sub-tiers participating in this project, track a pending subs list, and make a request to such subs for the enrollment.
Provide person-to-person medical interpretation in insurance and workers' compensation-related claims.
Participate in a loss run to be made by insurance carriers and support HEA's Safety Department.
Send and respond to multiple emails of communications daily
Review and process invoices for third party loss adjusters and insurers
Perform other duties as assigned.
