Position Overview:

This is not a training position â weâ re looking for experienced CNC professionals who can hit the ground running, producing high-precision parts for bridges and large cranes. Youâ ll be using on-the-fly G-Code programming to keep operations moving.

Location: Turbotville, PA

Pay Range: $25.00 â $30.00/hr. (based on experience and shift)

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Monâ Fri, 7:00 AM â 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monâ Fri, 3:00 PM â 11:30 PM

3rd Shift: Monâ Fri, 11:00 PM â 7:30 AM

Shift differentials offered for 2nd & 3rd shifts!

Note: A strong history of job stability is important â At least 3+ years of long-term work experience with past employers will set you apart.

Requirements:

Formal training or equivalent hands-on machining experience

4+ years CNC metal machining (manual machining is a plus)

Proficiency in G-Code programming for Mills and Lathes

Ability to program and troubleshoot during production

Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools

Bonus points for CAD/CAM coursework

Experience with MasterCam and/or SolidWorks is a big plus

Must be reliable, follow instructions, and committed to continuous improvement

What Youâ ll Be Doing:

Work on the shop floor as a production machinist/programmer

Create and adjust G-Code programs in real time

Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality standards

Work safely in an industrial concrete-floor environment

Wear steel-toe shoes (all other PPE provided)
