THE JOB:

The Workforce Management Specialist creates and implements scheduling solutions utilizing innovative software supplying staffing to all departments appropriate to dynamic business demands. By embodying the principles of S.H.O.W., the WM Specialist ensures that every interaction contributes to a positive workplace culture, ultimately enhancing the overall experience for both employees and management.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Act as a subject matter expert in Workforce Management Software and processes, emphasizing the identification, monitoring, and reporting of system issues and outages.

Create scheduling solutions for departments that account for current business demands as well as exceptions

Collaborate with department leaders to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies

Suggest scheduling changes and create new business models

Discover new best practices to enhance staffing while following current labor agreements and adhere to all ethical and equity when managing the scheduling process

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Previous experience utilizing Virtual Roster prefer

Skilled in using computer software, including Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.

Strong team player that has a direct approach and is solution oriented.

Good communication skills and demonstrate ability to resolve all situations in a professional manner.

Must have the ability to prioritize based on urgency.

Ability to work independently.
