Physician Assistant

IKP Family Medicine is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Advanced Practice Provider to join our private medical practice.

Responsibilities

Perform complete and focused clinical history and physical assessments

Provide appropriate diagnosis and treatment and prescribes medications within the defined scope of practice

Provide patient education regarding the diagnosis and treatment plan while incorporating health promotion and disease prevention

Make referrals to other health care providers when appropriate

Adheres to and promotes compliance with COVID-19 precautions

Participate in team meetings and express any process improvement idea to ensure quality of care with patients is top-notch

Job Qualifications

National Board Certification with NCCPA

Current, unrestricted state license with TMB

Current DEA certification

BLS Certification

1+ years of experience required (no new grads)

Proficient in Electronic Health Record systems

Educated on HIPAA regulations

Demonstrates effective communication, problem solving, and adaptability

COVID19 vaccination required

Hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:30a-4:30p. Rotating Saturdays from 7:30a-12p.
