As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources and join a dedicated team serving as a strategic partner to the business, aligning with business objectives to provide value-added support to leaders and employees. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, providing advice and counsel on various HR related matters within your customer group(s). As a key collaborator, you will play a vital role in fostering positive employee relations, supporting talent management strategies, and ensuring the success of HR programs. Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

+ Partner with business leaders and be a trusted advisor to develop and implement business strategies that support business objectives and align with HR policies.

+ Provide guidance on organizational changes, workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.

+ Support change management initiatives for assigned customer groups.

+ Assist leaders with initiatives that support the improvement of employee engagement and GPTW survey results.

Talent Management / Retention

+ Anticipate future talent needs and ensure resources are in place to drive business success.

+ Champion a high-performance culture by driving employee engagement and development initiatives.

+ Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent

+ Support developmental programs and coaching for managers and high-potential employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement

+ Manage all elements of the employee journey, including the onboarding and off-boarding processes and the annual performance review process for assigned customer groups.

+ Proactively coach and counsel leaders and employees on employee relations matters

+ Serve as an advocate for leaders and employees while balancing organizational priorities.

Compliance

+ Partner with the Centers of Excellence to support the implementation and refinement of HR processes, programs, and initiatives, while ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures.

+ Serve as a change agent during organizational transitions and restructuring.

+ Maintain a working knowledge of and ensure compliance with state and federal laws: Disability, FMLA, DOL, ADA, EEO, etc.

Operations

+ Support annual compensation and open enrollment initiatives.

+ Administer the regional budget approval (RINGI) processing

+ Analyze data, trends, and metrics to inform decision-making and recommend proactive solutions.

+ Use insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and employee productivity.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

+ Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a Generalist or HR Business Partner role

+ Able to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

+ Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail

+ Proficiency with HRIS Systems such as ADP Workforce

+ Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

+ Able to develop and cultivate strong trusting relationships at all levels across various departments and geographies

+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical-thinking, and customer service skills

+ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

+ 10% domestic travel

Preferred:

+ PHR/SPHR or other HR certification a plus
