How This Works
We acquire off-market land and manage the full cycle from lead to resale. Your role is to price those leads before we make contact. Youll pull comps, analyze market behavior, and assign price recommendations that guide our entire acquisitions and marketing flow. Youll work closely with the Lead Manager and CEO to ensure were only pursuing high-quality targets.
What Youll Do
Pull property data and comparable sales from multiple markets
Run pricing analysis and assign offer ranges based on acreage, access, and comps
Track hot and cold counties to inform SMS targeting and campaign strategy
Prepare deal sheets for qualified leads entering the pipeline
Maintain price logs and update CRM fields as needed
What You Need to Get the Job Done
Strong experience with spreadsheets and data analysis
Familiarity with land or residential real estate comping
Confident in making judgment calls with limited data
Able to work efficiently with autonomy and precision
Bonus: experience with priced leads in land flipping or wholesaling
