Job Responsibilities:
Support and improve production processes within an automotive parts manufacturing environment by applying engineering principles and data-driven analysis.
Assist in designing, testing, and implementing efficient production workflows to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor production lines to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, quality, and maintenance—to integrate engineering solutions into daily operations.
Analyze production data such as cycle times, equipment utilization, and material usage to propose process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct root cause analyses of production-related issues and implement preventive measures to ensure stable and efficient operations.
Participate in the development and implementation of lean manufacturing strategies and cost reduction projects.
Create technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures for engineering changes and new product launches.
Provide support during the installation and commissioning of new equipment, including validation and training of operators and technicians.
Ensure that all production engineering activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in production engineering or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments
Familiarity with CAD software, process simulation tools, or lean manufacturing principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
