Job Specific Competencies:
Reviews and completes payroll on a daily basis utilizing the ADP payroll system.
Prepares schedules for staff utilizing electronic systems.
Responds to employee inquiries for all schedule related issues.
Receives and follows up with time off requests to ensure a complete schedule.
Tracks employees attendance
Enter data for PI projects into EBM workbook via excel.
Maintains and ensures that all certifications, licenses, etc are up to date for all staff.
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
H.S.Diploma, college degree in related field preferred.
2+ years previous administrative office experience.
CREDENTIALS + QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent computer skills-proficient knowledge in all Microsoft office programs
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong organizational skills; ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must have ability to work independently. Self starter and motivated
