Job Description
The Recruiting Associate will verify work, training, and driving/safety history of potential CDL driver hires.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties as assigned
Conduct verification investigations on all incoming applications by:
Conducting background and criminal investigations
Verify previous employment and training history
Verify licenses and credentials
Run Motor Vehicle Report and review accident history
Maintain driver files in accordance with DOT regulations.
Other related duties, including returned and outgoing mail, running reports, and processing class lists
Special Skills: Must have great communication skills and deal well with different personalities. Attention to detail is also important. Bilingual ability in Spanish is very helpful.
Special Training: Must be familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is needed. Administrative or customer service experience is beneficial.
