About the Role:

We're looking for an Instrument Engineer to lead the design and execution of instrumentation systems from concept through commissioning.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop:

o Instrument Location Plans

o I/O Lists & Equipment Databases

o Control Panel Layouts & Loop Diagrams

• Select, specify, and procure instrumentation for chemical applications

• Lead vendor selection and bid evaluations

• Support automated systems and control strategies

• Troubleshoot control systems (analog, discrete, HART, Modbus, Ethernet I/P, etc.)

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients

• Regional travel for commissioning and project support

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering

• 2+ years of experience in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering

• Knowledge of hazardous area classifications and UL-508A control panels

• Comfortable reading P&IDs and network architecture drawings

• Familiarity with DCS/PLC hardware; Procore and BlueBeam are a plus
