REQUIREMENTS
Conduct data analysis in Excel, leveraging formulas, pivot tables, and basic data visualization techniques to support client deliverables
Support consultants and senior consultants in executing client-facing and internal projects, contributing value to meaningful client projects with opportunities to learn and develop consulting skills
Effectively communicate with senior team members, summarizing key decisions, action items, and next steps from client meetings
Leverage tools like Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to collaborate effectively and produce high-quality outputs
Produce polished deliverables, including presentations, dashboards, and reports, that align with corporate branding and standards
Ability to travel - you will likely spend a significant amount of time onsite with our clients. This travel can be as much as 50% to 80% of a work week and may be international. In addition, you must have a valid driver's license as many clients are not within range of public transportation.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Basic understanding of the financial investment management industry
Exposure to or experience in evaluating and improving business processes to increase efficiency.
Basic knowledge of data query tools and SQL (preferred)
Basic understanding of relevant tools like Microsoft Excel
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience specializing in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Accounting, and/or Management
0+ years' experience in investment management and/or consulting within the industry
