What will your job look like?

We are continuously growing, and we need you to support our expansion! We would like you to join our Austin team. Youll be working with the production team.

As a Production Assembler you will be responsible for assembling various products according to established standards and procedures. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

As Production Assembler your responsibilities include:

Assemble products or components according to specific instructions and blueprints

Use hand tools, power tools and machinery, identify and report any equipment malfunctions

Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment as required

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Record production data and complete reports as needed

Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the assembly process

Are you the right person?

You have at least 1 year of previous experience in manufacturing, and you have the ability to read and interpret technical documents. You have the ability to use hand tools, power tools and machinery safely and effectively.

As Production Assembler, you will need a strong attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset. Some basic math skills and strong communication and teamwork skills are required.

You will have to do some heavy lifting and you will have the ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands, wrists and arms. You have good vision and have the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
