Target Range: $20.00 /Hr. - $30.00 /Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Physical Security Analyst is responsible for supporting physical security systems, including badge access and camera systems. The Security team manages the planning, development, implementation, and oversight of the Banks information security, incident response, and physical security programs.

This position is on-site at our HQ in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

Conduct checks on physical security systems, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.

Manage third-party vendors for maintenance, repair, and construction services.

Provision and de-provision access badges, manage physical keys, and maintain security assets inventory.

Maintain documentation for physical security activities.

Process user access requests, modifications, and terminations.

Review transfers, reconcile, and validate permissions.

Resolve access control issues via email, calls, or requests.

Work hours start at 8 am, Monday to Friday.

Be on-call for after-hours support in emergencies.

Qualifications:

Associates degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience.

1+ years in IT Helpdesk, IT access control, or related roles.

Interest in a career in IT Security.

Familiarity with physical security equipment (badge systems, CCTV, alarms).

Understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.

Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Proficiency with Windows OS.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, customer service, teamwork.

Ability to handle desktop hardware up to 50 pounds.
